Downstream HSE Vice President in OQ has extensive experience in HSE focused on Refinery and Petrochemical. Started as environment engineer and grow to lead the environment department then moved to lead the safety department. Lead successfully major projects HSE readiness such Suhar Refinery 2 and LPIC to transit from construction to operation. He is leading the Downstream HSE function is OQ in last two years which include (MAF Refinery, Suhar Refinery 1/2, Aromatics plan, Liwa Plastic Complex (LPIC) and Methanol and LPG plants in Salalah). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum and Natural gas Engineering, from Sultan Qaboos University. He has certificates in Environment Management for sustainability, Industrial Hygiene, emergency response & preparedness as well as process and personal safety. He has certifications in Leadership and Management such as Certified Recruiter Manager, Leadership and Management from Chartered Management Institute (CMI), The John Maxwell Co and IMD Business School.
